Piece a Cake!

This is the "cake" I made to share at my open house last night. I have to admit, this was a little labor intensive, but I like the way it turned out. The template for this one was given to demonstrators from Stampin' Up. To create my cake, I used Confetti Cream Cardstock, Close to Cocoa classic ink, Chocolate Chip Craft ink, Clear embossing powder, sponge dauber, and the new Baroque Motifs set. Sadly, no one wanted to take the cake apart to take one, so I still have nearly a whole cake (and about a bajillion hershey kisses) - what in the world am I going to do with this giant cake?? (Clearly I can figure out what to do with the chocolate!)

I love it! The cake is beautiful, it's probably still together because nobody could bare to take a peice!!

Now the chocolate on the other hand, I'm like you...eat it!!

Wanted to let you know that I tagged 5 victims. It was hard to find bloggers that hadn't been blogged.

I'm thrilled that you liked my blog and I really like yours as well.

Very clever; what a cool decoration for entertaining. Just found your blog via Angela. I have Pick A Petal and the designer papers at the top of my wish list. Your cards look so fun with this set. Thanks for sharing!

That cake is beautiful! I tried it a few days ago and had a lot of fun with it! It wasn't nearly as fancy as yours and i didn't make as many but it's in my brain NOW and won't leave me alone until i make more slices...
